Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.

We will only sell in the USA, Mexico, and Canada.

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfilment centres within 1 day.

Are all my items shipped together?

Our intent is to send all your entire order at one time. An exception would include if your item is on backorder. In this situation, you will be notified.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?


We are flexible with the return policy. Your item(s) can be returned for store credit or a full refund. We want you to be happy with your purchase and our commitment to having happy customers.


What do I do if I receive a defective product?


If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 14 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement
